Rouxbe Online Cooking School & Video Recipes
As part of my new years resolutions to become a better cook I signed up to start studying with Rouxbe online and I have to say I have just been blown away at how many things I have been doing wrong for so many years. And the funny thing is I had considered myself to be a fairly experienced cook.
Wow.... that is really enlightening! I made pasta for dinner tonight and I don't think I did anything right!
ReplyDeleteJulie I hear you there, I have always added oil to the water when cooking pasta. It is funny how you can be doing something wrong for so long. But seriously the video courses that I have taken from Rouxbe have been so enlightening it has given me even more inspiration to become a better cook.
